이용약관 / Terms of Service

1. 서비스 설명

LoRAPack은 AI 캐릭터 이미지의 일관성 있는 생성 및 Dataset 제작을 돕는 도구입니다. 회사가 판매하는 것은 LoRAPack 도구 이용권이며, OpenAI, Replicate 등 외부 AI Provider의 사용료는 LoRAPack 이용료에 포함되지 않습니다.

2. BYOK/BYOPK

이용자는 본인의 AI Provider API Key를 등록해야 하며, 외부 AI Provider에서 발생하는 API 사용료는 이용자가 직접 부담합니다.

3. 이용권

이용권은 7일, 30일, 90일 등 가격 페이지에 표시된 기간 동안 유효한 기간제 라이선스이며 자동 갱신되지 않습니다. 가격 및 기간은 가격 페이지에 표시된 내용을 따릅니다.

4. 환불 요약

구매일로부터 7일 이내이고 Dataset 생성 기능을 1회도 실행하지 않은 경우 전액 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다. Dataset 생성이 1회 이상 실행된 경우 디지털 콘텐츠의 특성상 환불이 제한됩니다. 자세한 내용은 환불정책(/refunds)을 따릅니다.

5. 금지행위

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

• 미성년자를 성적으로 대상화하는 이미지 생성
• 동의 없는 실존 인물 모사 또는 딥페이크 생성
• 성적으로 노골적인 콘텐츠 생성
• 폭력, 혐오, 차별을 조장하는 콘텐츠 생성
• 저작권, 초상권, 상표권 등 타인의 권리 침해
• 불법 목적의 사용
• 자동화 남용, 취약점 악용 등 서비스 운영 방해
• 연결된 외부 AI Provider의 이용정책 위반

6. 콘텐츠 권리와 책임

사용자가 직접 업로드한 이미지 파일과 생성한 Dataset에 대한 권리와 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. 사용자는 업로드하는 이미지에 대해 적법한 권리를 보유하고 있음을 보증합니다. 회사는 사용자 콘텐츠를 소유하지 않으며, 서비스 제공 목적 외로 사용하지 않습니다.

7. AI 생성 결과 면책

AI 생성 결과는 입력 이미지, 프롬프트, 외부 AI Provider 상태, 모델 특성에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 회사는 특정 결과물의 품질, 동일성, 상업적 적합성, 법적 사용 가능성을 보장하지 않습니다. 생성 결과물을 사용하는 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

8. 외부 API 면책

OpenAI, Replicate 등 외부 AI Provider의 장애, 정책 변경, 요금 변경, API 한도 초과, 계정 제한은 회사 책임이 아닙니다. 다만 회사의 귀책 사유로 핵심 기능을 장기간 이용할 수 없는 경우 환불정책을 적용합니다.

9. 준거법

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다.

1. Service Description

LoRAPack is a tool that helps users generate consistent AI character images and create datasets. The Company sells access to the LoRAPack tool. Fees charged by external AI Providers such as OpenAI or Replicate are not included in LoRAPack fees.

2. BYOK/BYOPK

Users must register their own AI Provider API Key, and any API usage fees charged by external AI Providers are borne directly by the user.

3. Licenses

Licenses are fixed-term licenses such as 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days, as displayed on the pricing page, and do not auto-renew. Pricing and license periods are displayed on the pricing page.

4. Refund Summary

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not run the Dataset generation feature. Once Dataset generation has been run at least once, refunds may be limited due to the nature of digital content. Please refer to the Refund Policy (/refunds) for details.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not use the Service to:

• Generate sexualized content involving minors
• Generate depictions or deepfakes of real individuals without consent
• Generate sexually explicit content
• Generate content promoting violence, hate, or discrimination
• Infringe copyrights, publicity rights, trademarks, or other rights of others
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Disrupt the Service through automation abuse, vulnerability exploitation, or similar conduct
• Violate the policies of connected external AI Providers

6. Content Rights and Responsibility

Users retain the rights and responsibility for image files they upload directly and datasets they generate. Users warrant that they have lawful rights to the images they upload. The Company does not own user content and does not use it for purposes unrelated to providing the Service.

7. Disclaimer on AI-Generated Results

AI-generated results may vary depending on input images, prompts, external AI Provider conditions, and model characteristics. The Company does not guarantee the quality, identity consistency, merchantability, or legal usability of any specific output. Users are responsible for their use of generated results.

8. External API Disclaimer

The Company is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, API limits, or account restrictions of external AI Providers such as OpenAI or Replicate. However, if core features become unavailable for an extended period due to reasons attributable to the Company, the Refund Policy applies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
