2. 이미지 파일 처리

사용자가 업로드한 이미지 파일은 AI 캐릭터 프로필 분석, 이미지 생성, Dataset 생성, 다운로드 제공, 오류 대응 등 서비스 제공 목적에 한하여 처리됩니다. 회사는 사용자가 업로드한 이미지 파일을 소유하지 않으며, 서비스 제공 목적 외의 용도로 사용하지 않습니다.

3. 이용 목적

• 회원 가입 및 서비스 이용 관리
• Dataset 생성 서비스 제공
• 이미지 분석 및 캐릭터 프로필 생성
• 결제 처리 및 이용 내역 관리
• 서비스 개선 및 신규 기능 개발

4. API Key 처리

서비스는 사용자가 직접 발급받은 AI Provider API Key를 등록하여 사용하는 BYOK/BYOPK 방식으로 운영됩니다. 등록된 API Key는 암호화되어 데이터베이스에 저장되며, 이미지 분석, 이미지 생성 또는 Dataset 생성 요청 시에만 복호화되어 사용됩니다. 회사는 사용자의 외부 AI Provider 계정 자체에 접근하지 않으며, API Key를 서비스 제공 목적 외의 용도로 사용하지 않습니다. 사용자는 설정에서 API Key를 삭제할 수 있으며, 회원 탈퇴 시 API Key는 파기됩니다.

5. 결제 정보

결제는 Polar Software Inc.가 Merchant of Record로 처리합니다. 회사는 신용카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 직접 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

6. 처리 위탁

• Supabase Inc.: 데이터베이스 및 인증
• Vercel Inc.: 서비스 호스팅
• OpenAI LLC, Replicate 등 사용자가 연결한 AI Provider: AI 분석 및 생성 처리
• Polar Software Inc.: 결제 처리 및 정산

7. 보관 및 삭제

생성된 이미지 및 Dataset은 서비스 제공, 다운로드, 오류 대응을 위해 필요한 기간 동안 임시 보관될 수 있으며, 보관 기간 및 삭제 정책은 서비스 운영 정책에 따릅니다. 이용자는 계정 삭제, 개인정보 삭제, API Key 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 단, 결제·분쟁 대응 또는 관계 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 정보는 해당 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다.

8. 이용자 권리 및 문의

이용자는 언제든지 개인정보 열람, 수정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.

2. Image File Processing

Image files uploaded by users are processed solely for the purpose of providing the Service, including AI character profile analysis, image generation, dataset generation, download delivery, and error handling. The Company does not own user-uploaded image files and does not use them for purposes unrelated to providing the Service.

3. Purposes of Use

• Account registration and service management
• Providing dataset generation features
• Image analysis and character profile generation
• Payment processing and purchase history management
• Service improvement and new feature development
• Customer support and notices
• Prevention of abuse and maintenance of service stability

4. API Key Handling

The Service operates on a BYOK/BYOPK model where users register their own AI Provider API Keys. Registered API Keys are stored in encrypted form in the database and decrypted only when processing image analysis, image generation, or dataset generation requests. The Company does not access the user's external AI Provider account itself and does not use API Keys for purposes unrelated to providing the Service. Users may delete their API Keys in Settings, and API Keys are destroyed upon account deletion.

5. Payment Information

Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc. as the Merchant of Record. The Company does not directly collect or store credit card numbers or other payment method details.

6. Processing Entrustment

• Supabase Inc.: database and authentication
• Vercel Inc.: hosting
• OpenAI LLC, Replicate, and other AI Providers connected by users: AI analysis and generation processing
• Polar Software Inc.: payment processing and settlement

7. Retention and Deletion

Generated images and datasets may be temporarily retained as necessary to provide the Service, enable downloads, and respond to errors. Retention periods and deletion policies are governed by the Service's operational policies. Users may request account deletion, personal data deletion, or API Key deletion. However, information required for payment records, dispute handling, or legal compliance may be retained for the required period.

8. User Rights and Inquiries

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time.
